Anéll is our Office Manager. Originally from Jeffrey's Bay, South Africa, Anéll and her family immigrated to Canada two years ago. Day to day, she can be found with her headphones in, singing and dancing along to her favourite tunes, but Anéll is best known for her pivotal role in scaling NZ Builders’ business development strategy and keeping meetings running on time (we all know the NZ leadership team loves a good yarn).

Anéll has worn many hats in her career and exemplifies a multitude of talents–from practicing law in her home country to baking decadent cakes, and sewing up a storm. Anéll’s faith, love, and hope are the driving force in everything she does, and she values fairness above all else.

Do you have any kids or pets?
Our miracle daughter. I also once had a pet chameleon named Webster. 

Tell me about your favourite NZB project you ever worked on, and why you loved it?
Being a part of business development has been exciting–I love seeing the systems being put into place that makes everything work more efficiently.
