Melissa is our General Manager and the one who keeps the whole ship pointed in the right direction. With over 20 years wrangling construction projects, environmental consulting gigs, and even a marina or two, she’s got a knack for turning complex challenges into smooth sailing. At home, Melissa’s a mum and wrangler of three kids and two dogs — when she’s not out sailing with the family, she’s moonlighting as an unpaid Uber driver for the kids’ sports teams.
