Monolith Systems was created by NZ Builders to sell Concrete Insulated Panels (CIP) designed for the residential market. NZ has spent many years building and refining CIP which have been prominently featured in architecturally striking residences in and around the Pacific Northwest. This product is available to architects, developers, builders, and homeowners.
Building using CIP comes with a range of benefits, including insulation, energy efficiency, and robust durability. The Tilt-Up Wall System emerges as an appealing choice.

CONCRETE TILT-UP
NZ Builders is one of the first construction companies to introduce tilt-up Concrete Insulated Panel (CIP) homes to Canada. Originally developed in California in the late 1960s, the technology was later refined and adopted in countries like Germany before gaining popularity in the Pacific Northwest for its exceptional durability. When designed intentionally with passive solar design CIP homes naturally heat and cool your home using its thermal mass properties, this produces a comfortable and consistent temperature creating a comfortable home to live in.
RENOVATIONS
Let’s face it–living on an island means space is limited. If you love your property, but your home needs improvements, let’s create a plan to improve the health, performance, and durability of your existing home. There are circumstances where the damage is too great and a renovation is not feasible, or environmentally ethical. We accept renovation projects on a case-by-case basis.
MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves in building low-maintenance homes that allow you to spend less time fixing, and more time, well, living. But the key to keeping a low-maintenance home in top shape is to know how to take care of it. We provide our clients with the information they need to ensure longevity, and we also provide ongoing maintenance packages as an additional service.
